Ecofoam is rigid foam created by a combination of two liquid components, which reacts then expands and hardens in seconds. Ecofoam can already be touched, cut, and even walked on in minutes. Ecofoam is known to have the highest thermal resistance value among readily available insulation materials for commercial, residential, and industrial applications. It is comprised of di-isocyanate and a blended component which includes polyols, fire retarding materials, catalysts, stabilizers, and a non-ozone depleting blowing agent.

The product is a result of a reaction between two liquid components which produce air filled microcapsules. Ecofoam Pouring generally uses the same raw materials with Ecofoam Spray Polyurethane Foam Insulation with a little adjustment in its composition. Ecofoam Pouring is a two-part liquid yielding a rigid foam for cavity filling and buoyancy applications. This type of Ecofoam imparts stiffness and comes in extremely useful for filling pipes, poles, masts, and the like.

Ecofoam Fill ‘Em Up is a polyurethane foam variant that is vapor cured. Unlike the other Ecofoam products, Ecofoam Fill ‘Em Up is a single component chemical with a technology that only uses water to aid the curing process. Mostly known as expandable foam sealant, Ecofoam Fill ‘Em up is specially created with its main objective to fill in holes, gaps and cracks.
