PROBLEM
With a 1,541 sq. meters, warehouse that is not air conditioned only galvanized roofing as shelter, Kianen Building was looking for an insulation material that can reduce a significant of heat transfer due to the high conductivity properties of their roofing material. |
SOLUTION
ECOFOAM Polyurethane Foam was spared under the 1,541.11 sq. meters galvanized roofing of the structure to reduce heat transfer to conduction, radiation, and convection. Ecofoam also promises of reducing the risk of costly damages on stocks inside the warehouse due to its B3 fire rating which makes it self-extinguishing in the event of the fire. Temperature inside Kianen Building was reduced especially during the summer periods where workers can comfortable deliver their tasks. The risk of damages on stocks were also reduced due to the fire performance rating of the insulation material with a bonus feature of water-proofing that further add value for the peace of mind of building owners and contractors. |
